Born in Helsinki, Laura arrived in Cape Town in the year of Millenium, on a “gap year”. Following her culinary passion she soon established herself in the catering industry, creating dishes and menus for wedding venues and wine farms in the Cape Winelands area, as well as corporate groups in Cape Town.
Being passionate about teaching cooking skills Laura started giving cookery classes to private clients and started her restaurant consultancy, giving staff training and planning menus.
